Community Infrastructure

Care that flows
without friction.

Most people have neighbors, friends, and community members who would help — if asking didn't feel like a burden. Connect makes giving and receiving feel like the natural thing, not the hard thing.

Circles — your private support groups Organize the people who care about you into circles — neighborhood, family, friends, faith community. Each circle has its own rhythm of giving and receiving.
Warm Requests — ask without the weight Post a need to your circle in plain language. No forms, no transaction setup. Someone who can help will say so. The awkward part disappears.
Service Exchange — give what you have, receive what you need Tutoring for meal prep. Photography for childcare. Skills that one person has and another needs — matched through Connect so value flows without money as the only medium.
Gentle Ledger — visibility without pressure See the flow of care in your circles over time — not to enforce reciprocity, but to make patterns visible. Some people give a lot. Sometimes life requires you to receive more. The ledger holds both without judgment.

Professional Layer

When community isn't enough,
there's a practitioner layer.

MyZolve Connect holds the community layer — neighbors, friends, and the people who already care about you. The Collective adds a professional layer: mental health practitioners, counselors, and wellness guides available when a situation needs more than peer support can provide. Two layers, one domain.

Mental health practitioners Licensed counselors, therapists, and clinicians available for ongoing support when you need clinical-grade care alongside community infrastructure.
Wellness coaches and guides Certified coaches and peer guides trained in MyZolve's Life OS framework — working within the same system as your community circles, Navigator, and CaseVault.
One system, two layers Connect and The Collective aren't separate products — they're the two-layer wellness infrastructure built into your Life OS. Navigator moves you between them when the situation warrants it.

The Method

How community wellness works

Built for the reality that most support is already around you — it just needs infrastructure to flow.

Step 01

Build your circles

Invite the people who are already in your life — neighbors, friends, family, community members — into a Circle. Circles are private, purposeful, and sized to feel real. A neighborhood of 12 is more useful than a network of 1,200.

Step 02

Post a warm request or offer

Need a ride Tuesday? Can cook a meal for someone this weekend? Post it to the right circle. Warm requests are short, specific, and easy to respond to. No one is obligated — they just show up if they can.

Step 03

Let care flow — the ledger watches

Connect quietly tracks exchanges over time. Not to collect a debt — to surface patterns. When someone in your circle has been giving a lot, you'll know to check in. When you've needed more than usual, the people who care will see it.

What Wellness Offers

Community care,
finally designed right.

Not a social network. Not a marketplace. Community infrastructure for the people already in your life — with the tools to make giving and receiving feel sustainable.

Private Circles

Small, intentional groups of people who already care about each other — neighborhood, family, faith community, friends. Circles are private and sized for real relationships, not reach.

Warm Requests

Ask for what you need without the weight of it. A warm request is a short, specific post to a circle — no forms, no negotiation, no awkwardness. Someone who can help will say so.

Service Exchange

Match what you have with what someone else needs. Tutoring, childcare, cooking, transportation, skills — Connect surfaces matches across your circles so value flows in every direction.

Gentle Ledger

A running view of care exchanged over time — not to enforce reciprocity, but to make patterns visible. Caregivers who give a lot don't disappear into the background. The ledger makes them seen.

Navigator for Wellness

When you need more than community can provide — mental health navigation, crisis support, social services — Navigator handles the Wellness domain alongside everything else in your life.

Private & Secure

Your care relationships are personal. Connect is built with privacy first — no algorithmic amplification, no public profile, no data sold. Your circles belong to you and the people in them.

One OS. Six Domains.

Wellness is one part of
the full picture.

Your social wellbeing doesn't exist in isolation. What happens in your community connects to your work, your identity, what you're learning, how you reflect, and what you create. MyZolve's Life OS handles all six — because you're not six separate people.

Social wellbeing isn't separate from everything else. Burnout at work shows up in your relationships. Financial stress isolates people. Community care prevents the kind of crisis that breaks systems. Wellness connects to all five other domains — and Navigator sees it all at once.

The Wellness Domain

Most people have what they need around them.
They just need the infrastructure to access it.

Mutual aid has always existed. Neighbors have always helped neighbors. Communities have always absorbed each other's hard moments. What hasn't existed is the software layer that makes it easy — that removes the friction of asking, the awkwardness of tracking, the invisibility of the people who give the most. MyZolve Connect is that infrastructure. And it's the first product in the Wellness domain — with mental health navigation, community resource tools, and social support infrastructure planned alongside it. You are not alone in this. And now there's a system built on that premise.
